The community atmosphere at Dharma House is unmatched in Columbus and is such that it took my yoga and meditation practice to the next level and continues to help me grow every day. Aaron King is an absolutely brilliant and dedicated teacher and, as he hand-picks all of the instructors, I never hesitate to try a new class at Dharma House. I am always duly impressed because Dharma House teachers all walk the walk, and live a dedication to their respective classes and the Dharma House community as a whole. Crafting challenging power classes and the most relaxing and rejuvenating slow flows, creating space for yogis and meditators to explore and expand their inner and outer world is a skill, which Aaron King has elevated to an art form. I cannot recommend Dharma House enough to anyone who is seeking to immerse themselves in the true practice and inner work of yoga and meditation.
