The hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach, on the outskirts of the city. Access is easy and at any time you can visit the central part, if you have a personal car it will be easiest.
Rooms are cleaned daily. The bathrooms are equipped with all kinds of extras such as, shaving tools, comb, prefabricated toothbrushes and toothpaste, ear sticks, bonnet, nail file, ..., hair dryer. The double rooms are normally large. The bathrooms are compact. They could be more spacious. The beds are comfortable, the pillows too, but because the floor is laminate if a person wants to lean back and watch TV, the bed slips and this is uncomfortable.
2 electronic keys + 2 towels - some hotels, although 5 stars, give only one electronic key, here each guest has his own key.
Cuisine - very good, the food is varied and delicious.
The restaurant is clean and very well served.
The staff is friendly and responsive.
The hotel has several conference rooms.
There is live music every Sunday night.
The spa center has a Turkish bath with 2 separate booths, sauna, steam room, swimming pool 150 cm deep, about 20 m long and 5 m wide. Gym relatively well equipped.
Massage - paid extra (45 euros - promotional price for the season we visited the hotel. It's a little expensive I think.)
The hotel has shops for beach accessories and leather goods, car rental. Bar in the central part of the lobby, which is huge, but still well heated even in winter. After 24 hours, alcoholic beverages, even for Al Inclusive, are paid until 8 o'clock in the morning.
