I visited Nikon August 31 to enquire about a having a camera repaired. The person at the counter - a young woman, was being rude to the customer in front of me showing exasperation (the customer was Chinese). When it was my turn to be served the Nikon counter person was curt, and cut me off in mid-speech. I will never use Nikon again. clearly your counter people need some training in civility and customer service.
