I am very disappointed with customer service. My kobo wouldnt update, so after 3 weeks they finally sent me instructions of what to do, and it still wont work. Now I have a factory reset kobo that I cant update. And, they offered me a warranty option of $20!! What is that, it's like a slap in the face. Ugh. I'm so disappointed. I love my kobo, but I dont know if I will buy one again after this horrible experience. I wish you could talk to a real person instead of this terrible chat option.
