Could not get anyone to pick up the phone.

Took my dog all the way over there just to be told that they don't take walk-ins and they couldn't help any way.

Total time spent traveling to facility: half hour

Total time spent at facility: two minutes.

At least I only wasted 32 minutes of mine and my dog's time.

They may be great for certain things, but DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IN AN EMERGENCY! They cannot help.

My guess is that they specialize in vaccinations and preventative care.
