This place has really gone down hill, I have been here in the past and it was really put together, now it seems that the staff, the management, and the owners really have no care for customers. I felt as if I was there for them and they were not there for the service I expected. Once I walked in, it was unclear where I was to even go to get a seat, once I brought my family to what seamed to be the front desk, they informed that I seat myself at an open table (if available), in the bar area. We happily sat down, took our coats off and I walked to the bar to grab some drinks. As I returned to my family I was rudely greeted by an unhappy manager that aggressively informed me that we took their table without concent, and that the other 6 empty tables near us belonged to a section and we were not welcomed to sit in their area. I had informed them what we were told by the desk, she then explained that I was lying so we left. As I said, it was once a decent place to hang out after games, or concerts, but the poor attitude from the staff and lack of management values, bring this establishment to the ground. Will never return, I advise to eat/drink ANYWHERE else in the D.
