Went in to get an appraisal/authenticity done on a watch I had bought somewhere else. Liz was great - spent the time to make sure I was well educated on my new watch, got it tested and appraised for me while I waited. I asked if the watch needed to be serviced (a $500 expense) and was told to not get it serviced until I had problems with it. They easily could've collected $500 from me (I wanted to ensure the watch was taken care of) but chose to earn my lifetime business instead - customer service that every business shouldstrive to give their customers.
