My wife Mary dropped off our 2010 truck and was greeted by Dwight. We were dropping the truck off for its 60K mile Service. Part of the service was the transmission power flush. When I picked up the vehicle the underside from the front air dam back to around the oil filter was covered in transmission fluid. I don't like leaking vehicles and fluid was dripping from several places. The dealership had suffered a power outage earlier in the day so Dwight was not available for me to point out the mess. I went home and used a can of engine degreaser to try and dissolve and clean up the area. Residual oil continued to drip for two more days. I tried calling Dwight and got his voice mail. I left a message asking him to call. He has not returned my call. I am displeased with the amateur manner in which the transmission flush was done - or more correctly - displeased that the Technician did not clean up his mess and return my vehicle in a clean, non-dripping, state. As for the rest of the service I was not provided a check sheet/list indicating the remaining life of my brake pads or that any other safety checks were performed. Honestly, I get better service at my local Big O Tire store when I have my oil changed and tire rotated - which was supposed to be included in this 60K Service. When you pay dealership prices for service you should by able to expect Professional' service.
