I had an awful experience since my the last car salesmen has moved on from bob Johnson. My lease is up in the next year so I thought I would start get a jump start on info for the next step to lease or buy the car I am in so I made an appointment. The new lady I was assigned called/texted me everyday for a week to make sure I was coming to my appointment so I showed up 15 early and excited to get info on getting in a new car. I sat there for an extra 45 minutes on top of me getting there 15 minutes early. When she finally showed up she could care less she keep me waiting and told me I would have to reschedule. I was very upset and I explained to her with my schedule I'm constantly on the road for work and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I'm sorry. Ive been driving Chevys for the last 18 years and after this experience I'm looking else where. I did chat with another car salesmen for 15 minutes after and he told me this was common with her and a few other sales men since its all about getting their monthly sales in.
