Making the appointment was easy. Checking in with Martin was a breeze. The staff was helpful and friendly. Martin stayed in communication with me during the entire process. I passed by 4 other Ford dealerships to bring my F150 here because I've always received outstanding service and this visit was no different! The only hiccup was I had to wait longer than I liked for the rental to arrive, which cannot and won't ever be blamed on the dealership. I am so impressed with the dealership as a whole that I just dropped off my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid with 241,000 miles on it for service. Thank you Martin and the entire team at Sill-TerHar Motors for a GREAT experience!
