The store in question is clean and the staff on the floor are relatively polite. The problem is when you have to return an unwanted, unexpired and unopened product. IGA mentions on their site that they accept returns with the receipt, but I was warned that my repayment frequency was a lot and to be careful (about 3 / year)! Seriously, what courtesy! In addition, prices are almost always higher than other supermarkets.
