Been a "customer" for 2 months, but have not yet got any actual service. My DSL only became available a few days ago after weeks of being told I had it, and my phones are still registering with Telstra.
I have received invoices for service I don't get, and now get disconnection warnings etc.
Worst carrier we have been with and we are in the process I reporting them to the Ombudsman.
It is utterly disgraceful as we are a business and our lines are all messed up and we are being charge by two carriers now essentially for two services.
