I woke up to find that I had no heat, with two little kids and dangerously low temperatures approaching in a few days. I called Schaal and they got me in the same morning. Pete came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, made a recommendation without being pushy and explained a current promotion that would help me save some money. I made a decision and within the hour, Dave came out to go over my options with me. He was very thorough and again, wasn't pushy and was respectful of my budget. He provided me with space heaters to keep my home warm until they could get in and install the new furnace. Within 48 hours, Marshall, Benton and Nate arrived to do the install. They did a great job and even caught a mistake that was made before I owned my house. They stayed late to make sure they got everything done and waited until I understood all the features of my new equipment before they left. All 5 gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with were very courteous and professional. I had a great Schaal experience!
