Well, we checked in quite late and luckily that they let us in, but quite not happy a bit.
1. Our friend booked a room with 2 beds on Agoda in advance, we supposed to go back to Melbourne that nite but ourr flight was cancelled. The room booked AUD 130, we asked to stay in the same room (room has 2 queen beds, we r 4) and they charged us NZD 106 (quite unfair when we can have a new room with only extra $30, but they said there r no more room tho). Just my opinion, would great if they can improve.
2. Pillow covers were smelly.
3. Restaurant staff does not answer us when we asked. Breakfast was not too great, only sausage and bacon are meat option.
