After a terrible night at another hotel (malmaison) we packed our bags and booked an executive room at Crowne Plaza. What a fantastic hotel, it has it's, own parking, the staff are very polite and helpful. We were greated at the door and they even had a room ready early for us to check in after our previous bad night. The room was great and even had complimentary drinks and snacks unlike Malmaison. The view from the room was beautiful. We decided to order room service and the food was restaurant quality. Traditional breakfast is brought to your room unlike some who only offer continental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If like us your looking to stay in liverpool for the first time and worried about finding a hotel, book this one and your guaranteed to have a pleasurable experience.
