The sales rep was great because they want the sale but the service department sucks no one calls u to inform you of what is going on with your vehicle there is no follow up only if u yourself go in or calls and u would think a huge franchise would have loaner car but they tell u there is a waiting list but no one call u back so all in all it would take probably a couple of months to get any type of service well what can I say it's the Bronx and that's the service out here !!! I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this toyota dealership u get more headaches in the long run .
