Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night on the day of an interview. I also left my fitness watch and had to pay them to get it back. They sent it to the wrong address and by the time I got it back it was broken with the charging port detached and the band bubbling up. The general manager refuses to take our return my calls or answer my email. Corporate said they can't do anything to help.
