Scheduled a pickup at my nearby hotel, and they showed for the pickup 1 hour late. The driver was calling my home phone asking if I was ready. He had my cell. When I checked the reservation paperwork he had in the car, it clearly said "Home Phone" on the number he was calling. The paperwork also listed my cell phone number.

The manager made it up to me by reducing my price and upgrading my car, but if you're on a tight schedule, they may delay you.
