I live in the apts in 9th ave, broadstone on 9th. Its been numerous time that I felt so angry and hopeless with this situation. Can you believe it is 4am right now and Im writing this email? While your cleaning team is gathered outside using a power tool louder than a tractor to swipe a few leaves off the floor in front of the emergency? Right in my window! While I have to get up at 6 am without a proper night of sleep. This is inhumane, you as hospital should know, I dont want to imagine patients that have to hear that. I have a video and will be complaining shortly. Is it urgent to swipe up leaves, I mean would it hurt to do it around 8 am or something? I think various people in the building are complaining anout this madness.
