My Merida bicycle reacted 5000. The frame cracked ...

My Merida bicycle reacted 5000. The frame cracked and Merida determined without seeing the bicycle that it was my negligence, which was uncertain. I call Merida and they don't want to attend to me. Awesome with the price of bicycles that treat the end customer so badly
