Every time I've ordered from Austin Computers I've had to ring up as they don't ship orders in a timely fashion.

I made a small order of a few ram sticks for express shipping, waited for 2 weeks and it was still pending. I had to ring up and they told me they'd contact the warehouse and get back to me. No call back. Two days later it was finally marked as shipped, however I did not receive a tracking number. I email their sales team, no reply. A few days later I ring up again, and they put me on hold to check with the warehouse, turns out it hadn't even been shipped yet and they then put it in for waiting for pick up from the courier, yet for some reason they couldn't provide me with a tracking number.

A few days later and I finally receive my RAM. Avoid purchasing from their store unless you want a headache. Just under a month for express is ridiculous.
