I don't know how I could put this into words. The manager singled me out in the lobby and basically called me a cheat because I had an issue with their service last time, and they forced me to pay cash, and all but said don't come back. I had escalated the issue to Chevy corporate who basically reiterated that the dealership had the right to single me out (read: discriminate against me for filing a complaint) and basically refuse service.

This service manager has an extremely sour disposition and is just a very negative person to communicate with. Ever since the management change, things have gone dramatically down hill.
Would recommend avoiding, because the policies and practices in place here are backwards. Most dealerships bend over backwards to make sure the customer (especially a long-term customer) is happy. Not here!
