If I could give zero I would, as someone who has worked in food service I'm appalled at the way I've been treated by this trash business. I bought 3 spuds for delivery at 6:40 PM and was given a delivery time of 7:38. I called at 7:45 and asked if my food was on it's way and was told their only driver would be back soon and we were next, I should have cancelled my order then because the next time I called at 8:05 I was told the driver had left and my food would be there soon. By this point I'm STARVING, my food doesn't arrive until 8:50 and it's not even warm. If I had known at 8:05 that it wouldn't show up for almost ANOTHER hour I would have SURELY cancelled then. I called their manager the next day because they were already closed when my food arrived to demand my money back because I only have so much I budget to spend on eating out and I'm livid I wasted $30. All they have given me were excuses, I even received the same excuses from their online contact. They offered to credit me ONE potato when I paid for THREE and all were completely unsatisfactory. I will never eat here again and save yourself the trouble and at least never ever order delivery from this place, and if they screw you over don't expect to be met with any kind of reputable customer service.
