The staff members who answer the phones are a very poor reflection of a professional organization such as the BON. My experience with calling and speaking to someone about my nursing license was less than ideal. However, I am writing this review not to complain about the second rate phone services, but to thank Ms. Monica DeJesus for facilitating the endorsement of my NC to VA nursing license in an incredibly timely manner( within 10 business days of application submission). Ms. DeJesus was quick and efficient in providing me with my VA nursing license when I desperately needed to obtain it.
