The Worst Experience. I was reportedly in an accident that my insurance company denied. I have all of the documentation to prove that I was insured at the time the accident reportedly took place. The representative at Wilber told me that was my problem, I offered to provide the documentation so they could pursue it if they would like to, but I would not be paying for an accident that didn't happen, especially when I can back up the insurance side, that I was covered when this reportedly took place. The Representative told me again it was my problem and actually hung up on me!! Talk about unprofessional. take me to court and cost yourself more money, that's fine with me, I have all the documentation I need to protect myself. I cannot believe a law office would hang up on someone. this happened at 11:35 Mountain time on todays date
