The overall experience with Westend was pretty average. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and I had a hard time finding the information I was looking for. However, the customer service was decent and they were able to answer my questions. The selection of products was also okay, but nothing too special. I don't think I'll be rushing back to shop with them, but if I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere, I might give them another try.
