I have had a common ground health policy since 2014 that I have been very satisfied with and it worked well for me I had purchased thru the exchange. This year that policy had been discontinued and after speaking with ODI at Marketing department in your letter he was very helpful in finding a appropriate policy and helping me complete the process with healthcare.gov. He took the reins and just made the change seamless for 2016 and we were also able to get the payments made for the January done with the electronic payment system.
