I took my husbands car in for a much needed oil change, my service rep Mark was very helpful, and informative about the additional services that would be needed in order to keep our higher mileage vehicle running smoothly for years to come. He approached it in an informative manner and did not come off as pushy in any way. Being a woman who has been working on cars since before she could drive, I appreciated his approach, and will definitely be coming back for future service.
