Not the best service for a Mercedez Benz , I went there for the high ratings to serve my car but I wasn t impressed since the service advisor wasn t helpful enough to met my needs , couldn t get a rental cause I was only able to returned it the next day and I express that to my service rep , still he preferred to not service my car and let me go back an hour drive to where am from , will take my new car for service to my local Mercedes in Annapolis hope it will be a much better experience!
