Wow, we fell in love with a new hotel the Shangri-La, all the staff were just beautiful especially the gorgeous lady who checked us in, she made the best first impression of a hotel that I have ever been to, as well as all the staff that looked after us in the Horizon Club Lounge they were also outstanding.
