We we we were referred to you at the Shangri-La by neighbours. This was ourFirst visit to Sydney your location is fabulous the stuff that you have is a credit to your company and rooms the rooms were impeccable views were amazing arm and we would like to also point out a few with the service people that look help look after us one of them being Sheikh Seddiquee, Who looked after us very well nothing being to much trouble also Jerry at breakfast in the morning.
All the staff we encountered were professional, & courteous
Our room was amazing, spotless clean
Also we were made to feel like it was home away from home.
My husband & l were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary & l can say , we have travelled overseas & stayed at some amazing accomodation
But the Shangri-La Sydney
you superseded our expectations
You have a wonderful family Atmosphere
