Switched over to Blue Dog several months ago. Switching processors was the last thing I wanted to do. Blue Dog made this transition easy by working closely with me to ensure the rates were competitive, reviewing our business model to ensure I was purchasing the right equipment, and allowing us some flexibility in setting up the contract and terms. When I call or email for assistance I get a response close to immediately and typically talk to the same group of people; I had a different rep at the bank every 3 months. Very pleased.
