Our HOA has been with Allstate for a few years now and we are extremely pleased with the services they provide. We found them by doing an online search for management companies that worked exclusively with condominiums. We had been with our previous company for over 15 years but we increasingly realized the company was not responsive and felt that it may have been due to our property having only 12 units. Upon meeting with Allstate we immediately decided to transfer our business to them and we have not regretted it for one moment! The online owner and board portals are efficient and very convenient. While everyone at Allstate is helpful and professional, we work specifically with Erika M. and we can't say enough about her. She responds to requests and inquires quickly and thoroughly. She is also personable, very skilled at problem-solving, always taking a solution-focused approach, and overall a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and recently referred them to a realtor I know who inquired about whether or not I was satisfied with our management company. If you are looking for a management company that provides outstanding service at all levels of interaction, look no further this is the place.
