I'd go 3.5 stars. Not as nice a place as Busch Gardens, but it's much more convenient. The roller coasters are the main attractions. Food is comically overpriced even by theme park standards. If you don't have a season pass they'll hit you up for $20 just to park there. If you go on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, the park typically isn't very crowded and you'll be able to walk right up to most rides and hop on.
