After many costly visits to various mechanics and a different Volvo dealership, I have to admit that my experience with the service advisor Ms. Dina Thomson has been phenomenal. She was very attentive, professional and passionate about getting me the best service possible.

Also, Nathan is highly skilled and a very professional Volvo mechanic. He is the first to successfully diagnosed the real problem in my car.
