I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Back in Octoberi had them out to do a check on my condo. I was looking to optimize it as well with a smart home thermostat. Looking at what they charged me after the fact based on market value they should be ashamed. A manager called to try and ask how things went, I requested him to call me back as I was in a meeting, never happened. Be careful, unless you like getting ripped off!
