Came in for an oil change. waited approx 1hr 20min. Actually my truck was finished and parked outside for approx 20 min. I had to go find a tech to help me check out because my initial tech was talking with another customer. I get that but he should of asked his team member to cover. This would have eliminated my wait. My time is valuable too.
