We've been subscribers since 2012. Programming has always been up and down. The number of episodes per season of the longest running and most popular shows like George Noory, Lisa Gar and Regina Merideth have been slowly decreasing, with longer breaks in between the show seasons, so there's often long lags without much to watch. This has been especially true since the exit of David Wilcock, whose show, along with Noory, were the one constant you could count on every week. Not so anymore.

The app for FireTV and Roku are still lagging behind the times, in fact Roku was better back in 2015 before they redesigned everything. I mostly watch via FireTV and there are still lots of crashes, the home screen usually shows up as "no content available" the first 2 or 3 tries you open it, (you have to exit and keep coming back) and most annoying is they added autoplay in 2015 with no way to turn it off. They've been "working on fixing this" for 4 years now.

The limited episodes on the best shows makes it hardly worth watching at the moment (someone is always on a break) so I thought I'd just pause my subscription for 3-6 months and allow programing to build up. But I couldn't locate the vacation pause option on their website that was available in the past and customer service does not respond to emails.

Their auto responder says emails are responded to in "4-5 days at most". I've been waiting 2 weeks since my last email. Today their main phone number goes straight to a mailbox that is full. The alternate number is answered by a recording telling you to email for faster service, lol! The chat is impossibly slow.

There is absolutely no way to contact anyone about your account. And now they're also adding extra charges, up to an $200/yr beyond your regular $10 a month fee to watch the new programming that would at least make up for decreasing the number of old shows.

GaiaTV was much better 7 years ago. It just keeps going downhill.
