I have been with iinet for 3 years. With some rare exceptions my experience has been positive. I would recommend iinet (and I have, on several occasions) as a reliable and responsible service provider.Great customer service.
Recently I changed from Naked DSL to NBN with IINet and I can say that was a smooth transision, with just few hours without internet and only because I had to reset the modem.
Very Reliable connection, friendly and knowledgable tech staff.
Have recommended iinet to everyone I know and they're all very happy with them as well.
