I have been with Iinet for over 3 years now. Up until now I have had no problems at all with this company. Recently, due to a power cut my modem stopped working. I had wonderful service from Iinet with 3 different people I had to deal with to try and get it up and running. In the end I had to order a new modem. Iinet told me it would get to me in 3-7 working days and I received it in 2 days! The people I had to speak to were all so patient and helpful, I would definitely recommend Iinet for your internet services.
