I have a terrible experience. I purchased a 428i and GAP insurance through BMW. My car was totaled in a Houston flood. I have a great insurance company in USAA who quickly claimed the vehicle as a total loss. The vehicle was totaled the first week of May 2019. The BMW GAP provider has been trying for several weeks to contact the local dealer but they are non responsive. I also purchased a tire and wheel protection plan from the dealer. The dealer must pay out to the GAP company the unused portion of the tire and wheel plan prior to the GAP company paying the balance of my vehicle. In the meantime, I must continue making car payments for a vehicle I have not had since May. I have called the General Manager who has not returned my calls in a week. It is difficult to reach any manager at the location or to get a return call if you are not buying a car. The sad part here is that I am in the market to purchase another vehicle. I am hoping the owner of this beautiful new location will read this survey and reach out to resolve my issue.
