Birdy Realty is a veteran owned business and they use it to attract new customers. They offer standard rental services but also serve as a property manager. I can tell you that Birdy Realty is by far the worst property manager in Texas. I have 3 other properties in Texas managed for over 20 years and no other company has given me as many issues as Birdy. Their primary concern is collecting fee's but they do not care about the client who allows them to list their home. Their customer service is the worst and they don't return calls on a timely manner.

If you are in the market for a property manager, I warn you to stay clear of Birdy Realty. There are more reputable realty companies out there. Don't risk your investment to a company who wont take care of it.
