What a nightmare experience.

What a nightmare experience.
I purchased a pre owned vehicle with 16,000 miles on it and in no less than 13 days after I purchased it I was on my way out of town and it broke down on me.
I immediately had it towed back to Galles, in hopes they would help me out. Instead the sales manager Christopher was nothing short of rude to me. Instead of listening to what happened he started shaking his head and telling us there was Nothing he could do for us.
He then sent us off to another manager who instead of apologizing for selling me a lemon car, went on to turn it around and say this is what happens when you purchase used vehicles...
In my experience 13 days and a vehicle with 16,000 miles should NOT be giving you problems.
I repeatedly told them I didn t feel safe in this car and none of them seemed to care nor did I EVER GET ONE APOLOGY.
All I got was multiple men telling me it s already sold, so sorry..
Luckily it s still covered under warranty, so Jeep is actually taking care of it. Bad news, I ve found out the fuel pump needs to be replaced (along with other multiple problems) and Jeep can t get another one until the end of August, because of all of this I will be out of a car for 2 months...
Full inspection is what they claimed
So sketchy.

To say I m angry is an understatement, not only would I never go back but I m also considering getting an attorney and filing a complaint to the better business bureau.
Stay far away from this place!!
This is a shady business with shady vehicles.
