I came to Ian at Zeal with an idea of what I wanted in mind. We sat down together and came up with a surfboard design that suited my exact needs. We talked about the different constructions available and the effects on performance each one would have. Ian is super knowledgable in this area which is clear from his experience in the high-tech composites industry. From here the board got shaped and came out even better than I could have ever imagined. The lightest, strongest board I have ever owned.

Working in the area, I popped into the factory during the whole build process. It is clear that Ian and his team take great care with every board they make.

I would highly recommend these guys for your next board! (They even do other composite and carbon fibre work too!)
