While feeling ill at work, I tried to make a same-day appointment with my primary care provider, but there wasn't availability for 2 days. Instead of having to miss at least two hours of work when I would probably already feel better, I called Mend - or rather, went to their website and was immediately greeted by a customer service agent via chat, who gave my information to the nurse, who called me a few minutes later. She got me in immediately, where I sat in an armchair while she took my information in an empty waiting room. I had her and the doctor's full attention for my entire visit. Add in the app/telemedicine with the website and customer service (both in person and online/over the phone), it really felt like 21st century medicine, and I was reassured of my choice to use Mend as an urgent care provider (which was also accepted by my insurance). And it's so convenient from work, I know I'll be back (but hopefully not too soon)!
