*We have not yet contracted with FPI to complete any work. So this review is currently only based on my initial interactions with them.*
A delivery driver caused major damage to our church portico. The driver's insurance company asked me to submit bids for the total cost of damages. FPI was the first of all the contractors to submit a bid for re-build and it was EXTREMELY thorough. Then, they sent a follow-up email listing out what additional fees we may have that were NOT included in the bid (e.g. architect/design fees, building permits, etc). If we end up working with them, the company's 1) super-quick replies to all my communications and 2) extremely thorough cost-breakdown; put my fears to ease that our church will be surprised with extra costs we weren't told about.
Very impressed so far.
