I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil for my recent mortgage. I don't know where to start the service was just amazing, I was shopping the market for the best possible rate and saw MorCan located beside my old home and decided to give it a shot. Phil from the beginning was great to talk to over the phone, he explained the steps and what I would need to provide him with. Meanwhile RBC my actual bank was just terrible, It was literally road block after road block while the RBC agent was telling me what she can't do. Phil on the other hand was just finding solutions, in the end we got what we felt was a great rate, but the service is what did it for us. In a competitive industry such as mortgages I am sure I could find the same rate else where, it's the service that won me over! Great job Morcan!!! Thank you Phil!
