The WORST PHONE NO. YOU WILL EVER DIAL!!!!!! GIVE. THE PUBLIC BETTER SERVICE!!!! I have called their 2 phone no. TO pay my Zipcash toll bill! Its so frustrating, I think they are after one to fail to pay so that they can keep sending notices of non payment!!!! Wake up and do your job NTTA!!!!!
