A few weeks ago our little buddy was extremely sick, we'd never been to VCA but they were able to fit us in last minute. The whole staff from the front desk to the vet tech to Dr Moon was extremely nice, and didn't push anything to drastic/expensive that wasn't needed. Not long afterwards our little buddy was back to his normal self in no time!
