I had an amazing experience at Toyota Carlsbad- Used Cars. My salesman, Julio, was super patient with me even though I had to leave abruptly the first day to pick up my kids and then changed my mind about the kind of car I wanted entirely. He didn t bat an eye trying to get me into something safe and affordable that I loved.

The finance guy, Truman, was also great. He got me right in, gave me tips to help my credit score and made me feel like a friend. He even lied and said my precious thousand year old car was going to a better place.

Toyota Carlsbad took care of me and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Even super busy single moms. :) The whole process was quick (four hours total), relatively painless and the girls and I our shiny new used car. Thanks Truman and Julio. You guys are the best.
